1. Service purpose
MigraineZero is a migraine tracking and review tool. It is designed to help you record symptoms, timing, medications, and recovery context. It is not a diagnostic service and is not a substitute for licensed medical care.

Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MigraineZero app, support site, and related services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions and auto-renewal
MigraineZero may offer paid auto-renewable subscriptions and non-renewing lifetime access purchases through Apple in-app purchase.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal price will be shown before purchase.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions after purchase in your App Store account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Prices may vary by region and may include taxes where applicable.
- Lifetime access, when offered, is a one-time purchase for the lifetime of the MigraineZero product service, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service
- Do not use the service to submit harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content
5. Medical and emergency limitations
MigraineZero does not provide diagnosis, treatment advice, emergency services, or crisis response. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate emergency care immediately.
6. AI autofill limitations
AI autofill, when enabled, is intended to help organize user-provided transcript text into editable log fields. It may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting entries before relying on them. AI autofill is not medical advice and does not make diagnostic or treatment recommendations.
7. Service availability
Some features depend on device capabilities, Apple services, Supabase, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, OpenRouter, or other third-party providers. Features may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or unavailable in some regions or environments.
8. Privacy
Your use of MigraineZero is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
9. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MigraineZero is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10. Changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if we reasonably need to protect the service, users, or legal obligations.
