1. Service purpose

MigraineZero is a migraine tracking and review tool. It is designed to help you record symptoms, timing, medications, and recovery context. It is not a diagnostic service and is not a substitute for licensed medical care.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service
• Do not use the service to submit harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content

4. Medical and emergency limitations

MigraineZero does not provide diagnosis, treatment advice, emergency services, or crisis response. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate emergency care immediately.

5. Beta service limitations

MigraineZero may be offered as a beta or TestFlight build. Beta features may change, be interrupted, or be removed without notice. Some features may be incomplete, unavailable in certain environments, or dependent on third-party services.

6. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MigraineZero is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if we reasonably need to protect the service, users, or legal obligations.
